Today she gave me this sheet with these words:
Sit quietly - close eyes
Imagine a forest
Imagine a rustic house
Open the door and go in
Visualise a wise old man or woman - ask for their advice
Listen to the answer given
Use your own exercises. Don’t imagine a forest if you have a phobia about them, but use a beach because it is calming, for example. Beth has used this and come up with things like sponsoring a child and she did later, and two letters of the name of her future partner and it happened, scary!
Maybe this is better in the thread I posted mentioning affirmations
t broke dont fix it + finishing at the top = a winning TV show
How did you manage to do that if you closed your eyes when you were supposed to?
